The ideal sleep schedule is that by midnight you have gotten half your sleep for the night. That is, go to sleep at 8 PM, get your deepest, most regenerative sleep in the hours before midnight, and then wake up refreshed around 4 am. OK realistically, most people won’t attain this idea sleep schedule unless they are Amish but the closer you can get to it the better. If a healthy person’s body suffers damage by being up all night and whacking out their circadian rhythm, then it can certainly keep a sick person sick or make their health decline regardless of whatever else they try. Sleep is one of the 4 cornerstone- pillars of health. Remove one pillar and the building will partially collapse. ~ Jack
